Dialed respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how Dialed collects, uses, shares, and secures the personal information you provide. The Dialed Privacy Policy “Privacy Policy” describes the privacy practices of dba Dialed (“Dialed”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with the website (the “Site”), our proprietary software-as-a-service platform named Dialed (the “Dialed Platform”) for accessing, locating, and organizing content across all of the supported third party cloud-based applications (“Third Party Platforms”) you use, and any associated Company websites and subdomains, networks, applications, desktop software applications (“Software”), web browser extensions (each an “Extension”) and services (collectively with the Site, Software, the Extensions and the Dialed Platform the “Services”), and the rights and choices available to individuals with respect to their information. “Personal information” or “personal data” is any information that can be used to identify an individual, and may include but is not limited to first and last name, email address, telephone number, postal or other physical address, login information (User ID, account number, password), marketing preferences, social media account information, other contact information, title, occupation, work industry, and other information which you may submit to Dialed for it to provide products, services, and information to you. The term “Partner” is used in these Terms in the popular sense as referring to a person or entity that has entered into a collaborative relationship with Dialed and does not imply the existence of a legal partnership.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning prescribed to them in the Terms of Use to which you are subject. Dialed may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies to individuals for specific products or services that we offer at the time we collect personal information (for example under our Beta program and related policies). These supplemental privacy policies will govern how we may process the information in the context of the specific service or product.

Cookies and Other Information Collected by Automated Means

Cookies, web beacons and/or similar devices were originally designed to help a website distinguish a user’s browser from a previous visitor and thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set while the user was browsing the site or to track the user’s activities. A cookie is a small string of text that a website can send to your browser. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses, or capture your email address. Dialed and its partners use cookies or similar technologies on its Sites to enhance the user’s visit.

Dialed, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and activity occurring on or through the Services, including but not limited to, your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID), browser type, screen resolution, IP address, the website you visited before browsing to our website, general location information such as city, state or geographic area; information about your use of and actions on the Services, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and length of access; and other personal information. Our service providers and business partners may collect this type of information over time and across third-party websites and applications.

On our webpages, this information is collected using cookies, browser web storage (also known as locally stored objects, or “LSOs”), web beacons, and similar technologies, and our emails may also contain web beacons.

Browser web storage, or LSOs, are used for similar purposes as cookies. Browser web storage enables the storage of a larger amount of data than cookies. A “web beacon,” also known as a pixel tag or clear GIF, is typically used to demonstrate that a webpage was accessed or that certain content was viewed, typically to measure the success of our marketing campaigns or engagement with our emails and to compile statistics about usage of our websites.

Web browsers may offer users of our websites or mobile apps the ability to disable receiving certain types of cookies; however, if cookies are disabled, some features or functionality of our websites may not function correctly.

Users of the Services may have the opportunity to refer friends or other contacts to us. If you are an existing user, you may only submit a referral if you have permission to provide the referral’s contact information to us so that we may contact them.
